You Are Irreplaceable!

Our traditional efforts to reduce completed suicides in America and globally have failed. In 2023, more than 50,000 irreplaceable people completed suicide in the United States alone, the highest number in US history. Worldwide, there were over 700,000 completed suicides. Because of suicide ripple effects, more and more people are left in its wake. We need to wake up and approach this epidemic differently. "You are Irreplaceable" approaches suicide prevention in a different way. 

The current mental health model is struggling to meet the challenges people face today. Suicide, depression, anxiety, and distress are at unacceptable levels. We can no longer afford to continue the diagnose and medicate model, with a bit of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) added in. We need an alternative model that focuses on strengths rather than weaknesses. That's what we are about! 

​All people have human potential far beyond their current expression. By discovering meaning, passion, and purpose, people can better expand their potential. We teach these skills rather than provide therapy for presenting problems/stressors. Everyone is uniquely qualified to be irreplaceable at home and in the workplace. Helping people find that is also what we are about.
